Radio Garden
Rotate the globe to listen to thousands of live radio stations worldwide—green dots mark cities you can tap to tune in.
About This Site
What is it?
Radio Garden is a platform for listening to live radio worldwide. Rotate the 3D globe to explore thousands of live stations. Each green dot represents a city or town; tap it to tune into stations broadcasting from that place. The project grew out of a Dutch digital research initiative and aggregates internet-accessible station streams (not over-the-air radio reception).
How to play
- On the Live view, drag and rotate the globe; zoom into regions you want
- Tap a green dot and pick a station from the list
- Save favorite stations for later; the official app notes playback can continue when the phone sleeps
- Requires an internet connection and audio permission; some stations may have regional or rights limits
