Payment-related information

When you purchase a paid listing (Basic or Pro), checkout is processed by our payment service provider (Waffo). We receive order status, order identifiers, plan/SKU, amount/currency, and fulfillment metadata needed to publish your listing. We do not store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on W3Cay servers. Card and payment instrument data are handled by the payment provider under their own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in, and analyze traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing and disclosure

We share personal data only as needed to provide the service:

• Payment service provider (Waffo): to process one-time listing payments and send payment webhooks/status.
• Authentication and mid-platform services we operate (including Atlas): to manage sign-in, sessions, and order records tied to your site submission.
• Service providers that host infrastructure (for example Cloudflare) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

Third‑Party Services

External websites linked from the W3Cay directory, and third-party identity providers (such as Google sign-in), have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

Your data rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about your account and submissions.
• Correction: updates to inaccurate account or submission information.
• Deletion: deletion of your account data and related personal information we no longer need to keep for legal or security reasons. Email us to make a request; we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes
