Use of the Service

• W3Cay curates and shares links to third‑party websites. We do not host or control external content.
• You agree not to use W3Cay for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• We may update or remove content at our discretion without notice.

Fees and billing (paid listings)

W3Cay offers optional one-time paid listing plans (no subscriptions). English site prices are in USD; the Chinese site uses CNY. Free submission remains available.

• Free: join the manual review queue at no charge. Your site may be published after curator approval.
• Basic (English USD $9.99 / Chinese CNY ¥69, one-time): after successful payment, your submitted site is published in the directory with a standard placement and a dofollow outbound link.
• Pro (English USD $39.99 / Chinese CNY ¥279, one-time): after successful payment, your submitted site is published and marked as featured, with a dofollow outbound link.
• You choose a plan on Submit, complete checkout with our payment provider, and the listing updates when payment is confirmed (typically shortly after checkout). We may refuse or remove listings that violate these Terms or our curation guidelines.

Refunds and cancellation

Paid listing fees are one-time digital service charges. All payments are non-refundable once payment is successfully completed and the listing has been fulfilled (published and/or featured as purchased), except where required by applicable law. If checkout fails or payment is not completed, no charge applies. To cancel before paying, simply leave the checkout page. For billing disputes or suspected duplicate charges, email us promptly with your order details.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and images on W3Cay belong to their respective owners. Any third‑party content is used for identification and review purposes.

Links to Third‑Party Sites

W3Cay may contain links to external sites not provided or maintained by us. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on those sites.

Limitation of Liability

W3Cay is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from the use of W3Cay or linked sites.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
